Internal Auditor (BEAD)

[What the role is]

You will be involved in developing risk-based audit plans and designing of audit procedures.

[What you will be working on]

Assist in the development of the risk-based audit work plan

Design audit procedures with reference to industry best practices and standards

Conduct construction and operational audits and assess the internal controls, as well as the reliability and integrity of business operations

Provide value-added recommendations to improve the governance, risk management and control processes

Engage and communicate with relevant stakeholders throughout the audit and conduct follow-up reviews on the implementation of corrective actions

Communicate the audit outcome to Management

Perform other duties as assigned

[What we are looking for]

Background in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, preferably with 3 to 5 years of working experience in internal auditing

Proficiency in relevant auditing and data analytics techniques and softwares such as Tableau, Building Information Modeling and SAP

Good working knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal controls

Knowledge of the emerging construction technologies, Workplace Safety and Health, and Environmental, Social, and Governance

An inquiring mind, strong team spirit, dedication, integrity, ability to multi-task, and good time management skills, and innovative in applying new techniques in auditing

Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
