Job Requirement

1. Leadership & Team Management (Highest Priority)

Lead a BAU (Business As Usual) support and enhancement team.

Manage developers and coordinate daily activities.

Handle stakeholder communication with business users.

Prioritize incidents, enhancements, and project deliverables.

Drive solution architecture and technical decisions.

2. Strong Microsoft 365 Expertise (Mandatory)

SharePoint Online architecture and administration.

SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

Power Automate cloud flows.

Microsoft Teams integration.

Microsoft Graph API.

Microsoft 365 governance and best practices.

3. Full Stack Development Skills (Mandatory)

AvePoint migration/governance tools

7. Solution Architecture

The client expects someone who can:

Design scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Optimize Power Platform adoption.

Reduce technical debt.

8. BAU + Project Experience

The candidate should be comfortable handling:
