Job Description
Within GFS – Global Market & Risk - Booking & Post Trade - Regulatory Transaction Reports, the Regulatory Derivatives team manages the regulatory reporting of transactions for interest rate and credit products, in accordance with the various regulations.
This team is responsible for steering, managing and developing the information system related to regulatory activities on derivatives.
On a daily basis, you will be required to:
Propose innovative technical solutions to meet business needs
Ensure code quality and rigorously apply Agile methodologies
Oversee development processes
Oversee the industrialization of software production, from development to testing and implementation in production (DevOps)
Provide essential support for the rapid integration of new developers
As a Technical Manager, you will contribute to the construction of a robust and resilient IT infrastructure.
You will propose solutions perfectly adapted to the needs of our clients and innovate for a sustainable IT environment.

This position is based in Charenton-le-Pont and offers 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of office time per year, as well as on-site services such as catering, gym and concierge.
Remuneration includes a fixed salary, an annual bonus and an employee savings plan with profit sharing and contributions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Join our team! Holder of a graduate diploma, you have at least 10 years of experience in development or as a technical project manager, with solid experience in project management.
You master:
Development and algorithmic languages: C#, Java
Microservices architecture
Messaging software: Kafka, MQSeries
Databases: a single system
DevSecOps practices
CI/CD tools: XLRelease, XLDeploy, OpenShift
You are:
You are curious about all the new technologies
Recognized for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, efficient and able to maintain a high level of performance even in demanding situations
Autonomous and proactive
Team spirit and sense of collaboration
You are proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
