Manage the Hobart Operations Team for Shadforth Financial Group

The opportunity to join our team

Great opportunity to lead the client support and operational teams in Hobart. You will lead a large team of Senior Associate Advisers (SAA) Associate Advisors (AAs) and Client Service Managers (CSM) who provide high quality support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to provide support and technical assistance to in the preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing assistance with managing clients

Accountable for delivery of consistent, compliant and standardised SFG operational processes

Collaborative with the Head of Shadforth in delivery of the State’s annual budgets, pledges and targets

Monitor and Manage team workflows

Train and mentor team

Identify and implement improvements to processes

Lead and proactively get involved in projects

Recruit new Talent

Manage the training and development program of team

What you will bring:

Solid leadership experience in financial planning

Strong technical knowledge in financial planning

Ability to drive a high performing culture

Continuous improvement mindset

Knowledge of compliance and risk management governing financial planning

Degree in finance, business or management

RG146 Compliant preferred
