Salary: £35,000 basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE

About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Nuneaton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.

Working with prospective and existing clients, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms and secure new business contracts.

Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Ability and willingness to travel to client meetings when required.
