The Risk Analyst helps identify, assess, and mitigate business risks through data analysis, reporting, and risk monitoring. This role supports informed decision-making by providing actionable insights, developing reports, and identifying opportunities to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Develop risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

Monitor risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies

Automate reporting processes using Power BI and other analytics tools

Maintain and improve databases, reporting solutions, and analytical models

Partner with business teams to support compliance and risk management initiatives

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as R or Python

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in financial services, lending, banking, or risk management preferred
