POSITION DESCRIPTION
This full-time, regular, exempt position reports to the COO, but will also work closely and take direction from the CEO. The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and communications strategies for the Alliance and the Union Square Foundation (a 501c3 organization related to the Union Square Alliance). You will directly supervise the Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator, guiding and reviewing their work while remaining personally involved in execution across all areas of marketing. While work hours are typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, some evening events and weekend work is required. This is an "at-will" position.
