ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a close-knit team of 12. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a journalist and later worked for State Farm Corporate, both experiences that gave me a strong appreciation for communication, customer service, and helping people through life's unexpected moments.
Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Our agency enjoys supporting local organizations and staying actively involved in the communities we serve.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in investing in our team and providing the support they need to build successful, long-term careers.
Our culture is like a small family. We work hard, have fun together, and strive for excellence in everything we do. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, goal-driven, and willing to hustle to achieve great results. If you're motivated to grow with a supportive, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
