Within GREWE, The Strategy & Analytics Team serves as the central hub for GREWE's end-to-end planning, strategy, analytics, reporting, insights and governance - driving long-range, capital, and workforce planning across the enterprise.
As Manager, Enterprise Capital Planning & Operations , you will orchestrate the end-to-end capital management process for GREWE - setting the agenda, defining day-to-day operations, facilitating long-range planning, and building the intake, governance, and reporting infrastructure that enables consistent enterprise capital management across all regions and functions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management and operational leadership skills with deep expertise in corporate real estate capital planning. They are equally comfortable building processes, driving governance, influencing stakeholders, and performing detailed financial analysis.
5+ years of experience in or across Capital Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Real Estate, Strategic Planning, Program Management, Change Management, Design & Construction, or other related disciplines.
Proven program management skillset, with the ability to develop and optimize business processes, operating models, drive roadmaps/timelines, manage risks, and deliver results across a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, depreciation, cost-benefit analysis, and investment decision-making.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization and build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Technology, and business teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating structure from white space, and driving a roadmap of continuous improvement
Experience leveraging AI ‑ enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code) to enhance productivity, insight generation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Experience with enterprise planning, financial planning, and project management platforms preferred (e.g., TM1, Oracle, IWMS/TRIRIGA, Power BI, Excel).
Self-starter with a positive attitude, and a sense of humor!

Compensation
This Operations role pays $89k-$150k/yr. Within typical range for operations roles in United States.
