How You'll Create Impact

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cross functional execution across the organization to support product delivery and business objectives (for example, Sales and Marketing, Medical Education, Quality and Regulatory, Research and Development, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain)

Support product and business leaders in maintaining integrated plans, timelines, and key milestones

Serve as the primary contact for internal teams engaging with the Monogram business unit

Track progress, risks, and dependencies and actively work with teams to resolve issues, escalating to functional or product owners when decisions or resources are required

Step into stalled or at risk initiatives to drive clarity, reset expectations, and move work forward

Identify breakdowns in communication, ownership, or handoffs and put simple, practical fixes in place

Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates for leadership and stakeholders

Help drive alignment when priorities or resources conflict across teams

Build and maintain clear escalation paths to ensure urgent issues are addressed quickly at the right level

Support continuous improvement of planning, tracking, and communication processes

Past experiece working with Surgical Robotics

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Confident and direct, while maintaining strong working relationships

Adaptable across technical, regulatory, and business discussions

Clear and concise communicator who can translate complex topics into practical next steps

Proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions forward

Your Background

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred

Engineering, technical, or scientific background strongly preferred

Seven or more years of experience in program coordination, business operations, or product operations in regulated or complex organizations

Must have past experience working with Medical Devices

Experience working with cross functional teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document plans, decisions, and status for technical and business audiences

Comfort working with timelines, reports, and performance metrics

Up tp 15%

Salary Expectations:

$125,000 - $140,000 USD

Onsite in Ausitn, Texas
