Training Specialist
About the role
Their main role is to design and implement training programs that improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
Develop training programs: The training supervisor is responsible for developing training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. They must identify the training needs of employees and design programs that address these needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The training supervisor should stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development. They should also attend conferences and workshops to continue their own professional development.
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources, organizational development, or education is often required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree.
