Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Data Center (CSA) to lead the delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects, with a primary focus on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing end-to-end project leadership, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and close-out of data center projects while meeting client objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and operational readiness.
This role requires close coordination with clients, designers, general contractors, CSA trade contractors, commissioning teams, and other project stakeholders throughout all project phases, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning support, and handover.
The successful candidate will oversee CSA delivery activities, manage project schedules and budgets, monitor contractor performance, review construction progress and quality, evaluate change management requests, and ensure compliance with project standards and mission-critical requirements.
The Senior Project Manager will also support project governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while promoting best practices in constructability, quality assurance, health and safety, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of project/construction management experience, including 5+ years delivering data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or high-tech projects.
Strong experience managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes from design through construction and handover.
Proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Experience working with international clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
PMP, PMI, RICS, CCM, or similar certification preferred.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, BIM, and digital construction tools.
Preferred Experience
Hyperscale data center projects (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, Oracle, etc.).
Uptime Institute and/or mission-critical facility standards.
Design-Build or EPC project delivery.
BIM/VDC and digital construction environments.
Live facilities, phased construction, or campus expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of CSA packages across all project phases, from design through commissioning and closeout.
Act as the primary client interface, providing project leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee contractor performance, construction progress, and compliance with project standards.
Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and change management processes.
Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and final handover activities.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across the project team.

Expertise in managing CSA works on large-scale construction projects.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Strong commercial, contract, and risk management capabilities.
Exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
Results-driven, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
