About The Role
We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop intelligent automation systems that transform how legal professionals handle document processing and compliance monitoring. You'll work on cutting-edge applications of machine learning in the legal domain, building systems that can understand, process, and validate complex legal documents.
As part of our AI team, you'll design and implement machine learning models for document classification, information extraction, and compliance validation. You'll work closely with legal experts to ensure our AI systems understand the nuances of legal language and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ML models for document classification and information extraction
Develop natural language processing systems for legal document analysis
Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability for enterprise usage
Collaborate with legal experts to understand domain requirements
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
Monitor and improve model accuracy and performance in production
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with natural language processing and document analysis
Knowledge of deep learning architectures and transformer models
Experience with cloud platforms and ML deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong understanding of statistics and experimental design
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience with legal or regulatory document processing
Knowledge of large language models and prompt engineering
Experience with MLOps and model versioning tools
Publications or contributions to AI/ML research
