Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to:

Exchange Online

Microsoft Teams

SharePoint Online

OneDrive for Business

Entra ID (Azure AD)

Microsoft Intune

Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and mailbox migrations.

Support hybrid environments (Exchange Hybrid, AAD Connect).

Handle critical P1/P2 incidents.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create post-incident reports.

Work with Microsoft Support for product-related issues.

Drive problem management and preventive actions.

Manage:

Conditional Access Policies

MFA

SSO

Identity Governance

Monitor and respond to security incidents.

Implement Microsoft Defender and security best practices.

Develop automation using PowerShell.

Create scripts for administration, reporting, and monitoring.

Improve operational efficiency through process automation.

Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.

Participate in change, release, and capacity management.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
