Role Overview ● Designation: Relationship Manager ● Shift: General Day Shift ● Salary: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities ● Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce financial products ● Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities ● Product Expertise: Explain financial products (specifically Home Loans) to customers clearly ● Sales Targets: Handle objections effectively and work toward achieving monthly sales milestones

Requirements ● Education: Any Graduate ● Experience: 0–2 years ○ Note: Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans will be given preference ○ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! ● Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi ● Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
