CCS Cleaning is looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to lead, build and make a visible commercial impact. This is not a passive marketing role. We want someone who will take ownership of our online growth, improve how CCS appears in the market, and help turn marketing activity into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, brand management or growth marketing.
Strong understanding of website content, SEO, local SEO, paid/organic social, email marketing and basic performance reporting.
Ability to create or manage high-quality content, case studies, campaign assets and sales collateral.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and ensuring marketing leads are tracked properly.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with leadership, Sales, Operations and external partners.
Experience in facilities management, cleaning, property, retail, hospitality or multi-site services would be useful but is not essential.
What Success Looks Like
CCS has a stronger online presence and a more polished external appearance.
Marketing campaigns produce qualified leads, not just activity reports.
Sales teams can clearly see where leads came from, what stage they are at and what action is needed next.
Our website and social channels better show our people, standards, client value, sustainability, innovation and sector expertise.
Tender and sales documents are easier to create because the right marketing assets already exist. ✍️
The marketing function becomes structured, proactive, measurable and commercially valuable.
Qualifications & Skills
