Training Project Manager

For our Training team, we are looking for a Project Manager Training based in Amsterdam for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing Training team. You will work closely with our consultants, trainers, clients, and fellow Project Managers within Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity. Together, you will ensure that cybersecurity training programs and workshops are successfully planned, organized, and delivered for both national and international clients.

Job Description

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity helps organizations strengthen their digital resilience. In addition to technical cybersecurity services, we offer an extensive training portfolio, ranging from e-learning courses to customized role-based training programs for a wide variety of target audiences.

As a Project Manager Training, you will be at the heart of our training operations. You will ensure that training projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive the highest level of support. You will maintain oversight of multiple projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all administrative and organizational processes are managed effectively.

You will support our Training Consultants in the delivery of training programs and contribute to a professional, high-quality customer experience.

What will you do?

Plan, coordinate, and administratively manage cybersecurity training courses and educational programs.

Create and monitor training schedules and project timelines.

Coordinate with clients, trainers, consultants, and other internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project administration.

Record and manage project information in CRM and other business systems.

Organize training sessions, workshops, and events, both online and on-site.

Prepare training materials and support logistical arrangements.

Process evaluations and client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and agreed delivery milestones.

Support reporting, invoicing processes, and project closures.

Actively contribute to the professionalization and optimization of our project and training processes.

Who are you?

You have at least an MBO-4 level of education and thinking ability (or equivalent vocational education level).

You have experience in a coordinating, administrative, or project support role.

Experience in training coordination, learning management, or project management is considered an advantage.

You work in a structured and accurate manner and possess strong organizational skills.

You are able to prioritize effectively and maintain oversight, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously.

You are customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and can easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

You are independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.

You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English.

You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience within an IT, consultancy, or training environment is considered an advantage
