At Goodman Fielder, we're looking for a strategic and insight-driven leader to help shape the future of some of Australia's most loved food brands. As our Consumer & Customer Insights Manager, you'll uncover what drives consumers, shoppers and customers, transforming data, research and trends into actionable strategies that influence brand growth, innovation and commercial decisions.
What you'll do
Lead consumer, customer, shopper and category insight programs across the business.
Translate research, data and trends into compelling recommendations that drive action.
Partner with Marketing, Portfolio, Sales, Category, R&D and Innovation teams to shape brand, product and category strategies.
Build a best-practice insights capability leveraging research, analytics, technology and AI.
Champion a culture of curiosity, evidence-based decision-making and consumer closeness.
Identify growth opportunities by connecting consumer needs with commercial outcomes.
What you'll bring
7+ years' experience in consumer insights, customer insights, category insights, research or commercial strategy.
Strong expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.
Commercial acumen and a passion for turning insight into growth.
Experience working with data, analytics, shopper insights and emerging AI-enabled tools.
A naturally curious mindset and a love of understanding what makes people tick.
