Our Opportunity

This newly created role supports our Marketing Manager to brief and design brand appropriate Brand marketing communication and graphic design assets for both in-store and online.

Partnering with key stakeholders across multiple departments, agencies and contacts, you will provide input into all internally produced assets.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and based in our Macquarie Park office, you will bring your creativity and passion for fashion to work with you everyday. You will have a strong ability to translate marketing strategy into clear actions while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Your days will be fast paced and varied, as you will build your understanding of our customer and brand. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency, accuracy and quality across all customer touch points will support your success I this role

What your day-today will look like:

Work with the Marketing & Digital Managers to brief, design and deliver all marketing assets to the relevant teams

Collaborate and workshop regularly with cross-functional teams across campaign, digital, in-store and production requirements

Partner with the Marketing Manager to understand campaign objectives, priorities and retail trading needs

Maintain the creative and brand messaging that appears across all marketing touchpoints

Coordinate local marketing requirements

Support in identifying any key local area marketing opportunities, briefing and developing assets

Support with the briefing and design of the Grae friends program, including work on key sponsorships, brand partnerships and new store openings to drive customer engagement and outcomes for the business

Support in arranging in-store activations and design brand partnership collaborations

Support the Marketing and Digital Managers to design assets across email marketing communications

Labelling and ticketing

Our ideal candidate will have:

Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design desirable

Proven experience in Graphic Design environment

Strong marketing and retail understanding to interpret marketing campaign objectives

Experience briefing and working with suppliers, design agencies and printers

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret marketing strategies

A proactive, collaborative and adaptable nature
