Client Service Executive

To support client service delivery while helping GB Retail identify, develop and embed practical technology improvements across day-to-day operations.

The Role

Client Service

Support renewal activity and placement coordination.

Work with account teams and internal stakeholders to deliver client service activity.

Manage day-to-day client servicing queries as appropriate.

Support documentation, process tracking and follow-up activity.

Build understanding of WTW processes, systems and governance.

Work with a team through a renewal cycle to develop practical operational credibility.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and colleague experience.

AI enablement and business improvement

Work with colleagues to identify AI use cases linked to real business challenges.

Support the practical adoption of AI tools currently available to the business.

Develop guidance and examples to support day-to-day use.

Deliver training, demonstrations and socialisation sessions.

Gather feedback from teams and refine tools based on user experience.

Track benefits, including adoption, time saving and improved consistency

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

Essential

Commercial insurance broking or client service experience.

Strong understanding of renewal and client servicing processes.

Ability to work credibly with client-facing teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Clear communication and training capability.

Proven track record of AI enablement, digital tools and business improvement.

Experience supporting AI or digital adoption.

Ability to translate business problems into practical requirements.

Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities.

Desirable

Business analysis experience or qualification.

Experience building prompts, agents, workflows or repeatable process tools.

Experience mentoring or training colleagues.

Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups
