About the role

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

Crusoe seeks a dedicated and strategic Supply Chain Operations Analyst to oversee and optimize our purchase order process. This role is critical for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality within our supply chain management, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's networking services. We are looking for an innovative leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, bringing a strong background in procurement, analytical skills, and process improvement to the team. This is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco or Bellevue, Washington.

Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate approval cycles, and ensure a seamless operational flow.

Lifecycle & Warranty Management: Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure across a diverse multi-vendor ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting, validate technical specifications, and ensure strict process compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within the energy sector or a critical infrastructure environment.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains, driving vendor onboarding, and implementing continuous process improvements.

Technical Proficiency: High expertise in Excel (data modeling, dashboards) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.
