team.Ensure the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activi

ties.Drive engineering performance through continuous improvement initiat

ives.Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and supplier relations

hips.Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health & safety legislation, and industry stand

ards.Produce engineering reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for senior manage

ment. Require

ments:Previous experience managing Mechanical & Electrical engineering

teams.A recognised engineering

degreeStrong knowledge of M&E systems, statutory compliance, and maintenance best pra

ctice.Excellent leadership and people management s

kills.Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving abil

ities.

Compensation
