What you will do

Process day-to-day accounting operations across the department.

Work with Capgemini and purchasing teams to match and verify invoices.

Monitor and review vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.

Help prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs, get appropriate signatures, and file all back-ups.

Monitor the folio request email address and provide folio copies to guests following the Four Seasons standards.

Assist the Credit Manager in the invoice preparation process.

Review accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report and ensure correct classification of all revenues and statistics.

Establish and maintain communications with the night audit team and review night audit work daily for accuracy.

Follow up with departments for missing Income Audit paperwork (house charges, voids, adjustments…)

Conduct and comply payroll and general cashier tasks and controls.

Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting matters

Assist with any ad-hoc reporting requests and projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.

Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Fluent in both Japanese & English language.

High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
