Senior Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable (Brazil)

Ondaro is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable) responsible for managing global Accounts Payable operations across multiple entities and currencies, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and - in the near future - Colombia. This role is critical to ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, vendor relationships are well managed, and financial reporting deadlines are met. The Senior Financial Analyst will also support month-end close activities, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations, all while delivering quality internal and external customer service and demonstrating the ability to grow with the organization.

What you'll be doing:

Manage Accounts Payable activities across multiple entities and multi-currency environments: receive invoices, validate, enter into the system, and process payments.

Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice corrections, and payment-related inquiries.

Prepare weekly 13-week cash flow projections for executive reporting.

Review and approve credit card and reimbursement expenses in Concur.

Perform credit card reconciliations.

Perform bank and accounts reconciliations and assist with month-end financial close activities.

Monitor and follow up on invoice approvals to ensure transactions are approved in a timely manner.

Support the Brazil AP process specifically, including handling tax requirements and documentation, given the added complexity of Brazilian tax regulations.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.

What you'll bring to the table:

2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related Finance function.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required.

Ability to fluently communicate (orally and in writing) in English (required) and Portuguese (required, due to Brazil-based vendor and internal communications); Spanish is a plus.

Experience with Concur is a plus.

High level of ethical integrity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.

High comfort level with Excel and Microsoft SharePoint.

Strong knowledge of ERP accounting software required; JAMIS Prime experience is a plus.

Immediate or near-immediate availability strongly preferred.
