The Role

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will drive the hiring of top-tier talent across the Americas, Europe and APAC and help us build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company’s growth and success worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.

Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.

Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.

Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company’s mission, values, and employee experience.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.

Fluent English communication skills.

Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.

Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.

Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ambitious, results-driven, and thrives in high-growth settings.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate experience skills.
