The Learning & Enrichment team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Enrichment Senior Associate to help build engaging learning experiences that enable employees to succeed. In this role, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs that address business needs across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitating engaging learning experiences, creating digital learning content, collaborating with global stakeholders and growing their instructional design expertise while working alongside experienced learning professionals.

As a Learning & Enrichment Senior Associate you will:

Content Design & Development: Build engaging, self-led learning modules using Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and curate highly relevant Udemy learning paths based on clearly defined business needs.

Instructional Design & Problem Solving: Address localized learning gaps using standard instructional design methodologies. You will use established team templates to handle structured requests, such as refreshing and updating existing onboarding modules.

Program Delivery: Facilitate and deliver standard training programs with high energy and clarity, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience that directly impacts immediate learner performance.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for line managers and specific team-level stakeholders to identify immediate training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions.

Project Execution & Collaboration: Independently drive assigned L&D projects from start to finish. You will receive peer-level guidance and will regularly shadow and support senior team members on larger, complex strategic initiatives.

We are excited about you if you have:

Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual learning sessions with confidence and strong audience engagement.

Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and content development.

Hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.

Familiarity with learning platforms such as Udemy or similar learning management systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address learning needs using structured approaches and established templates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You may also have:

Experience supporting onboarding or employee development programs.

Exposure to pulling out learning reports

Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.

Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and creating engaging learner experiences.
