HR Executive (Immediate Joiners)
About the role
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
to ensure adequate staff as per manpower plan are available at the units
to conduct regular employee engagement actvities
Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development manager
Taking full responsibility for daily attendance records
Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues
Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts
Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Qualifications: MBA(HR) Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
