Senior Product Designer - UX, Figma, AI

What You Will Be Doing

Lead end-to-end design for major platform initiatives, from problem definition and research synthesis through interaction design, high-fidelity execution, and post-launch iteration

Design for real operational complexity: data-dense tables, multi-step workflows, dashboards, role-based experiences, and configuration-heavy interfaces

Work within and contribute to LUX, our global design system, with sound judgment on when to use an existing pattern, when to extend one, and when a new pattern is genuinely needed

Own and elevate design quality for your area by setting standards, running critiques, and holding a high bar for craft and usability

Partner with Product Management and Engineering in prioritization, scoping, and trade-off decisions as a trusted, equal collaborator

Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, and leading by example in problem framing and presentation

Translate user research and customer feedback into clear design direction, not just surface-level UI changes

What You Will Likely Bring

5 to 8 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped enterprise or B2B SaaS work demonstrating strong craft and judgment

Proven ability to lead problem definition and shape solutions, not just execute on requirements

Strong interaction design skills across complex, multi-role workflows, systems, and states

Strong Figma proficiency, including libraries, components, auto-layout, tokens, and prototyping

Real experience working within and contributing to a design system, including the judgment to know when to extend versus adapt patterns

Active AI fluency within your design practice, using AI tools for ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining a high quality bar

A track record of elevating peers through mentorship, critique, and quality standards

Clear, confident communication with the ability to present and defend design decisions to product and engineering leadership

Hands-on experience using agent-assisted or AI-powered development tools to move from design to working prototypes

Experience contributing components or patterns back to a design system, not just consuming one

Understanding of how AI agents, workflows, and context-aware systems shape product experiences

Experience designing for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail operations
