About the role
To manage the administrative, compliance, licensing, facilities, and vendor coordination functions across all YBFC brands, ensuring smooth non-culinary operations so Area Managers and outlet teams can focus on service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Licensing & Compliance
Track and renew all statutory licenses (FSSAI, Health, Excise/Liquor, Fire, Shop & Establishment, Trade License) across all outlets
Maintain a master license expiry tracker with advance renewal alerts
Coordinate with legal counsel and government liaisons for inspections, notices, and regulatory correspondence
2. Facilities & Maintenance Coordination
Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of outlet issues
Oversee AMC contracts (AC, refrigeration, fire safety, pest control, water purifiers, etc.)
Coordinate landlord/mall management communication (NOCs, water/power restoration, structural issues)
3. Vendor & Contract Administration
Manage vendor empanelment, contracts, and renewals (security, housekeeping, POS/software, printing, uniforms)
Review contracts for red flags (lock-in periods, exclusivity clauses, data ownership) before renewal or signing
4. Documentation & Records
Maintain a central repository of all outlet documents (lease/leave & license agreements, licenses, insurance policies)
Support HR with documentation for biometric attendance, employee records, and policy circulars
5. Utility & Bill Management
Oversee the utility bill authorization workflow (Area Manager approval before Accounts processes payment)
Track electricity, water, and other utility costs across outlets for anomalies
6. New Outlet Support
Assist with administrative setup for new outlets - license applications, utility connections, NOC documentation, vendor onboarding
7. Coordination & Reporting
Act as a single point of contact between outlets, Area Managers, and head office for administrative matters
Prepare periodic status reports (licenses due, maintenance pending, vendor contracts expiring) for management review
Requirements
Graduate (any stream); MBA/PG in Administration preferred
5–8 years in administration, preferably in retail/QSR/hospitality with multi-location experience
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, Excise, and municipal licensing processes
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking; comfortable with basic reporting tools
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple outlets remotely

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
