The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our new business operations, focusing on developing and implementing processes, systems, and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for leading a team, identifying business opportunities, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and expansion.

What does the job entail?

1. Manage new business operations, oversee policy issuance.

2. Maintain and analyze MIS reports, Utilize Excel for data analysis.

3. Handle Life Asia and Group Asia operations.

4. Conduct KYC verification, ensure accurate documentation

5. Identify and implement process improvements.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

8. Analyze and report on business performance,.
