About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of large, complex, multi-stream programs involving multiple projects, stakeholders, and geographies. The role requires strong ownership of delivery, governance, financials, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure achievement of business outcomes aligned to client and organizational strategy. Own overall program scope, delivery roadmap, milestones, and success metrics • Establish and manage program governance structure (leadership reviews, cadence calls, financial rigor, staffing, delivery as per contract, site delivers as per global standards and local regulations) • Ensure adherence to TCS delivery, compliance, and quality standards • Maintain integrated program plans and dependency maps across various teams
