Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Gen AI / AIML Mentor to train and mentor aspiring students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, hands-on project experience, and a passion for teaching and guiding freshers toward successful careers in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training sessions on Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.

Mentor students through real-world AI/ML projects and guide them in building industry-ready portfolios.

Train students on AI tools, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, and related technologies.

Conduct coding sessions, project reviews, doubt-clearing sessions, and technical assessments.

Guide students in using Git, GitHub, and industry best practices for project development.

Assist students in interview preparation through technical mock interviews and coding challenges.

Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students are technically prepared for job opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and continuously enhance the training curriculum.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Python Development, or Generative AI.

Strong knowledge of Python programming and Machine Learning fundamentals.

Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, RAG, or Hugging Face.

Familiarity with SQL, Git/GitHub, and version control concepts.

Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Passion for teaching and helping students build successful technology careers.

Preferred Candidate:

Hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS is an added advantage.

Experience participating in hackathons, internships, or open-source projects.

Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI are preferred.
