Project Manager AI and Data Science

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Leading the development and implementation of innovative and strategic projects to develop highly scalable AI solutions within our global AI@BE program in alignment with business objectives and operational needs

Responsible for initiate and drive scaling projects, replicating successful solutions across sites to maximize impact

Collaborating with cross-functional & global teams, including data scientists and domain experts from Operations and IT, to deliver effective and scalable solutions

Acting as a single point of contact for strategic AI topics within the global AI program to facilitate communication and decision-making

Partner with other AI Project Managers to co-develop new methods, tools, and best practices that strengthen the broader AI organization

Responsible for communicate project results and progress to senior management to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field

Have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of semiconductor technology development

Demonstrate experience in a track record of managing strategic and high-impact projects in a global, cross-functional environment and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)

Strong knowledge of AI, data science, and analytics methods, and their application in manufacturing or operations

Have the ability to communicate fluently in English and engage stakeholders of different nationalities and cultures
