Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking an Sr QE to lead testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation using Selenium and Cucumber, API testing using Karate, and Mainframe testing.

. Define and implement the overall QA and test automation strategy for projects.

. Lead the design and development of automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber (BDD approach).

. Perform and oversee API automation testing using Karate framework.

. Manage end to end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and system testing.

. Coordinate and execute Mainframe testing, including validation of batch jobs, datasets, and backend processing.

. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure clear understanding of requirements and test coverage.

. Review and improve test cases, automation scripts, and test documentation.

. Ensure test environments, test data, and test execution processes are properly managed.

. Track and report defects, risks, and test progress to stakeholders.

. Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation testers.

. Testing Types: Functional, Regression, Integration, and End to End Testing

. Mainframe Testing: Batch processing, datasets, backend validation

. Test Management: Test planning, defect management, and test reporting

. Strong knowledge data architecture in banking domain.

. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

. Outstanding problem solver.

. Good written and verbal communication skills

Must-Have Skills:

. Testing Types: Functional, Regression, Integration, and End to End Testing

. Mainframe Testing: Batch processing, datasets, backend validation
