Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on process improvement and supply chain optimization. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French, along with comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms. The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff, including training, and performance management to foster a productive team environment.

Oversee inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to monitor stock levels, process orders, and manage data analysis.

Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational productivity.

Manage forklift operations safely and efficiently for heavy lifting tasks within the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a secure work environment.

Collaborate with purchasing and 3PL providers to facilitate seamless procurement and distribution activities.

Prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for management review.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments in both English and French to facilitate smooth operations.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution setting.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as SAP, ERP systems, 3PL platforms, and warehouse management systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Bilingual fluency in English and French is required. (Spanish desirable)

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and departments.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with supply chain logistics, purchasing processes, e-commerce fulfillment, packaging operations, order picking, and data analysis skills.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
