ROLE SCOPE

- Own the launch: take the factory from installation through first units to rate production against a dated ramp.

- Run the launch war room: readiness across equipment, people, parts, and quality tracked daily to green.

- Force the cross-functional calls: what ships, what slips, and what gets fixed this week.

- Build the launch playbook so the second factory launches faster than the first.

- You've launched manufacturing lines or plants to rate, and hit the curve.

- You've run launch readiness across every function without owning any of them.

- You make the call in the gray zone and stand behind it.

- You've recovered a launch that was going sideways.

- You document the playbook while running the play.

- Bonus: Greenfield launches. Heavy or modular products. APQP frameworks. Multi-plant rollouts.
