THE CAPACITY DELIVERY TEAM

Examples of key problems the team is working on

- Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.

- Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.

- Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 10s to 100s of GWs, so each build starts ahead of the last.

ROLE SCOPE

- Be the electrical engineering presence on site: verify installs, catch deviations, and answer workface questions same-day.

- Walk down electrical installations daily: raceway, terminations, grounding, and labeling against design.

- Run the electrical punch and pre-energization checks so systems reach energization complete.

- Feed field constructability lessons back into the reference design.

- You've field-engineered electrical scope on industrial builds.

- You catch termination and grounding errors on sight.

- You're on site every day and more effective there than anywhere else.

- Bonus: Electrician background. MV terminations. NETA testing awareness. NFPA 70E.
