Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Rotational Shifts (06:00-14:00, 12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00)

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance for your area / shift

Deliver team member performance reviews (1-2-1's), development and/or succession planning as appropriate

Review and Approve the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area and ensure that review's process and approval are taken under the established due dates

Support and contribute towards briefing activities such as performance management appraisals, comms zone briefs and informal / formal conversations

Ensure shift is managed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures

Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures

Participate on shift handover with your colleague of previous shift understanding the current status and priorities for your working day

Previous Team Management experience within a First Line Manager/Team Manager role, is essential

Ecommerce or Outbound experience would be desirable

Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills

Good balance of Results and respect approach

Able to deliver results under stress and within a pressured environment

Strong attention to detail
