Campaign Manager – 6-month FTC (Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our Recruitment Marketing team, dedicated to several clients. You will work in collaboration with a Campaign Management team in supporting some of the same clients in other Geographies. Additionally, you will be supported by an experienced Global Recruitment Marketing team, who are dedicated to supporting one and another and thrive working collaboratively.

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the concept of strategy through to the activation of the strategy, including ongoing optimization and reporting.

You will be accountable to enhance Cielo’s media and recruitment marketing capabilities across EMEA, with a strategic focus on innovation and focus on cost and Return on Investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

Researching, developing, and activating Campaigns (Brand Awareness & Talent Attraction)

Scheduling and optimizing media

Campaign and budget management

Tracking, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI

Cultivate and develop media supplier relationships - Job boards, social-media, media agencies, programmatic partners, and OOH

Delivering regular campaign reports and commentary, including web analysis and measurement against campaign objectives to inform new campaigns

Managing and continuously improving our media publishing capabilities

Requirements

Experience of executing media strategies

Experience of paid Social Ads

Experience of Google Ads and ideally Google Analytics

Experience of Programmatic Advertising

Experience in creating and executing recruitment marketing strategies

Media buying and negotiation capabilities

Track record of successful senior stake holder management

Ability to manage multiple complex projects with agility

Ability to turn new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for our clients

Knowledge of recruiting for a breadth of industries

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Experience

Creation and execution of best-in-class recruitment marketing strategies, process improvement, reporting and new technology implementation within an agency/RPO/In-house environment

Media strategy and buying

Senior stake holder management with a track record of building long lasting relationships

Delivering concise and creative communication across a range of mediums

Managing complex projects with rapidly changing parameters

Turning new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for our clients
