About this Role:
The Early Careers Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s early talent recruiting activities and programs. This role focuses on the day-to-day logistics that keep campus recruiting, internship, and early career initiatives running smoothly - from coordinating career fairs and program events to conducting initial candidate screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruiting data.
The Early Careers Program Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for candidates, interns, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and well-organized experience at every touchpoint while supporting the organization’s broader talent pipeline and workforce planning goals.
What You'll Do:
Coordinates logistics for career fairs, campus recruiting activities, and early career program events, including registration, scheduling, materials preparation, shipping, travel arrangements, and on-site setup
Conducts initial phone screens with candidates for internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles, and shares findings with the recruiting team
Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing calendars, communications, and interview logistics
Attends career fairs, information sessions, and early career program events to represent the organization and support recruiting activities
Supports the day-to-day operation of the internship program, including, orientation, events, check-ins, and ongoing program communications
Handles intern logistics such as start dates, equipment and workspace coordination, program scheduling, and travel or housing coordination as applicable
Maintains and updates recruiting and program data across spreadsheets, dashboards, and applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Tracks program participation, event attendance, candidate pipeline status, and other key recruiting and program metrics
Assists with job postings and candidate outreach for internships, co-ops, and entry-level positions
Communicates with candidates, interns, universities, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and a positive experience
Prepares materials, reports, and presentations to support recruiting events and program reviews
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, program or event coordination, HR support, or a related administrative role
Experience coordinating events, schedules, or logistics
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
