Role: Construction Project Manager

FLSA: Full Time | Salaried | Exempt

The Project Manager will coordinate project schedules, manage priorities, communicate with vendors and subcontractors, track budgets and timelines, and leverage technology to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Superior Walls quality standards.

Note: This role will begin remote. However, once the company's office location is established, this role will be required to work in office at the Glens Falls, NY office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential construction projects from contract execution through project completion.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Utilize JobTread and other technology platforms to track project progress, budgets, change orders, and documentation.

Prioritize competing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor project budgets, costs, and job profitability.

Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Maintain accurate project records, reports, and communications.

Ensure projects comply with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.

Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding project progress and challenges.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business technology.

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred

Experience with JobTread construction management software.

Internship, co-op, or project experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or operations.

Knowledge of project scheduling, process improvement, or lean methodologies.

Experience working with project management software, ERP systems, or construction technology platforms.
