The Role
The selected candidate will join the Marketing team of the Makeup cluster, which includes the brands MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, and Smashbox.
Within the team, supporting the Product Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Key Performance Areas
Support the Product Marketing team in planning and implementing marketing strategies for MAC, Bobbi Brown, and Smashbox in the Italian market
Support the management of product launches, ensuring compliance with timelines and the marketing calendar
Conduct market, competitor, and category trend analyses, preparing reports and presentations to support business decisions
Monitor sales performance (sell-in, sell-out, and category KPIs) and stock levels at points of sale
Support in the definition and update of price lists, as well as the production of materials for the sales force (product master data, bulletins, commission copies, launch presentations) and in-store visibility materials (launch displays), liaising with external suppliers
Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing, Commercial, DCM, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of activities
Update and maintain marketing documentation, launch calendars, and departmental reporting
Enter promotional orders, testers, and complimentary product write-offs
Support the department’s administrative activities, including purchase order management
Develop local kits and the related product codes
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Canva
Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
Interest in the beauty industry and its trends
Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Excellent written and spoken English
