Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Reporting To: Managing Director
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will act as the MD’s business execution partner, ensuring complete visibility across operations, revenue, sales, customer experience, and key business functions. The role is highly analytical, execution-focused, and dashboard-driven, converting business data into actionable insights while ensuring timely follow-up and accountability across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. MD Dashboard & Business Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboards.
Track key KPIs across all clinics and departments.
Present concise reports highlighting:
Revenue
Collections
Appointments
Show-up %
Conversion %
Average Billing
Product Sales
Cross-selling
Branch-wise profitability
Team productivity
Highlight deviations, trends, and business risks with recommendations.
2. Operations Monitoring
Monitor performance of all clinics.
Review daily operational dashboards.
Identify operational bottlenecks.
Track implementation of MD instructions.
Ensure SOP compliance across departments.
Escalate unresolved issues proactively.
3. Revenue & Sales Analysis
Monitor revenue against targets.
Analyse sales performance by:
Branch
Doctor
Counsellor
Appointment Team
Identify revenue leakage.
Recommend corrective actions.
Track daily sales pipeline.
4. Dashboard Management
Must be proficient in interpreting dashboards from CRM, Airtable, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar BI tools.
Responsible for:
Dashboard accuracy
Data validation
Trend analysis
KPI reporting
Automated reports
Exception reports
5. Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with:
Operations
Sales
Finance
HR
Marketing
CRM Team
Appointment Team
Branch Managers
Ensure timely completion of all assigned action items.
6. MD Task Management
Track all tasks assigned by the MD.
Follow up until closure.
Maintain action trackers.
Ensure accountability from department heads.
7. Business Intelligence
Analyse business data.
Prepare management presentations.
Conduct competitor research.
Monitor industry trends.
Prepare decision-support reports.
8. Meetings & Reviews
Prepare agendas.
Record Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
Track action items.
Follow up with owners.
Prepare review presentations.
9. Special Projects
Lead projects assigned by the MD.
Coordinate cross-functional execution.
Ensure deadlines are achieved.

Qualification
MBA (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or Engineering
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Management Associate, Operations Analyst, or similar role

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
