As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Learning & Development. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

This role enables the successful delivery of Learning & Development activity across Dr. Martens by coordinating the operational, administrative and communication activities that underpin our learning portfolio. It plays a key role in ensuring learners, facilitators and stakeholders have a high-quality and consistent learning experience.

By owning learning operations, programme administration, supplier coordination and learner support, this role helps ensure learning initiatives are delivered efficiently, supported by accurate data and enabled by effective learning systems and processes.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordinate global learning operations, ensuring learning activities, logistics, suppliers, programme administration and delivery are executed efficiently to provide a seamless experience for learners, facilitators and stakeholders.

Support learners and stakeholders, acting as the trusted operational contact for learning queries while building strong relationships that enable successful learning delivery and engagement.

Drive learning communications and engagement, delivering clear, timely and consistent communications that maximise participation and align with agreed standards.

Manage learning administration and reporting, maintaining learning systems, learner records and operational data to support programme delivery, tracking and informed decision-making.

Contribute to continuous improvement, using learner feedback and operational insights to enhance efficiency, quality and consistency across learning operations.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning activities, programmes and priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail and effective delivery against deadlines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build positive relationships and provide high-quality support to learners, managers, facilitators and wider stakeholders.

Strong administrative and data capability, with experience maintaining accurate records, using learning or HR systems, producing reports and handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care.

A customer-focused and problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying issues, implementing solutions and continuously improving the learner experience and operational effectiveness.

Strong digital and process capability, confident using Microsoft Office tools and adapting quickly to new technologies, systems and ways of working while contributing to continuous improvement.
