We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team for 6 months fixed term contract, to hire top talent for our Shift Manager roles across the business. What you'll do

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Shift Manager roles from requisition to offer

Post job ads across internal and external platforms, making sure we’re visible where it matters

Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind

Organise and attend store open days to meet potential talent face-to-face

Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns

Build positive working relationships with intenal teams and external parners

What you'll need

Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines

Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)

A passion for delivering a great candidate experience

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving

Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
