Bathroom Designer

We are a small family business who design and supply beautiful high quality Bathrooms and Kitchens for our clients, improving their home and lifestyle.

For many of our clients buying a new bathroom or kitchen is a huge financial and emotional investment. For us it's not all about "hitting targets," we want to delight our customers too and get the experience right from start to finish. The successful candidate will recognise this and take pride in delivering a great service.

In this role you will...

Help & assist customers who visit the showroom in the design of their bathroom or kitchen through to a finalised quotation.

Plan, design and sell from our beautiful range of products to create the dream bathroom or kitchen for our customers whilst working within their budget.

Manage email, diary appointments and support the rest of the design team in generating new business.

Be responsible for maintaining high showroom standards

The ideal candidate will have…

Retail sales experience and be confident working face to face with the public. Also would suit design graduates or candidates with a background in plumbing or home improvements.

Passionate about delivering a first class level of customer service.

Excellent communication skills.

Good level of computer skills including admin tasks, email, social media etc.

A positive outlook on life and be a good team player.

A willingness to learn new things and develop themselves.
