［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

半導体製造装置のオペレーション

レシピ作作成を含めた測定

半導体製造ラインで MES の操作

セクター：絶縁膜 イオン注入・アニール（合計6名の予定）

Operation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Measurement including recipe creation

Operating MES on semiconductor manufacturing lines

Sector: Insulating film, ion implantation, annealing (total of 6 candidates planned)

必須要件 Must Have

※経験年数 ： 1年程度

半導体工場での勤務経験／クリーンルームでの業務経験

もしくは半導体に関する研修受講経験

半導体製造プロセスに関する基礎知識を有している

半導体製造装置のレシピ作成が出来る

積極性があり、周りの方との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる

Excelでのデータ整理ができる

Excel: 中級レベル以上

その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）、ブラインドタッチできるレベル

Required years of experience – ~1 year

Experience working at a semiconductor factory / Cleanroom work experience or attending semiconductor-related training

Possess basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

Able to create recipes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Proactive and able to communicate smoothly with those around you

Ability to organize data in Excel

Excel: Intermediate level or higher

Other: PC operation skills (intermediate level), able to use touch

MESを使ったウェハ試作の経験

SiViewの使用経験
