About this Position
The Talent Acquisiton Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
What you´ll do
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for professional, technical, and operational positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability, recruitment best practices, and hiring recommendations.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Drive recruitment initiatives aligned with global talent acquisition strategies and employer branding efforts.
Analyze recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and market data to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize recruiting performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation throughout the hiring process.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
5+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong experience managing recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other direct sourcing techniques. Experience recruiting for FMCG positions is highly preferred.
Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills.
