Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

Main Point of Contact for the global setup and deployment of Listening processes, including OHS, Pulse, and other continuous listening initiatives. This role partners closely with Global Talent Management COE, People Solutions, Global Communications, Regional Talent Management teams, and key stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously improve global listening and Talent Management processes. In addition, this role acts as the Portfolio Owner for Talent Management Assessments, Engagement, and Continuous Listening programs across LATAM, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and governance of all active and upcoming cycles.

Your Impact

Global Listening Processes

Main Point of contact for the global setup of Listening processes including OHS, Pulse, etc. partnering with Global Talent Management COE, People Solutions, Global Communications and regional Talent management team to design and set global processes, including:

Ensure process and tool enhancements are documented and planned in the global project plan.

Update/develop job aids, global training guides and enablement materials to support global process deployment.

Develop communication materials according to comms plan aligned with Global Comms and COE and ensure proper deployment including translations and reviews.

Deploy and enable TM and People Business Partners on process understanding, calendar alignment and relevant system updates; including scheduling HR trainings, run translations, etc.

Ensure manager´s enablement and training plan development and deployment.

Acting as first point of contact for all the region Talent Management, People Business Partners and rest of TM Ops teams.

Gather and Analyze data using advanced reporting (e.g. dynamic dashboards) to help inform strategic decisions.

LATAM Talent Management Assessments, Engagement & Continuous Listening Portfolio

Main Point of contact and Portfolio Owner for the TM assessments, Engagement and continuous listening for LATAM.

Overall execution of LATAM listening and TM assessments portfolio.

Monitor all active and upcoming cycles.

Maintain deployment calendar aligned and clear for the region.

Track milestones and dependencies.

Validate timelines with local and regional stakeholders.

Verify participant populations.

Review communications and local reinforcement strategies.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Qualifications

5 years experience in HR Operations, People Business Partners role or Talent Management.

Proven experience/skills in process design, systems thinking, project management, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, customer and global mindset.

Detail-oriented without losing the big picture.

Comfortable with ambiguity.

Self-driven.

Collaborative.

Required: Advanced/Fluent Business English

Preferred: Conversational Portuguese.
