Role Summary:
CHC Helicopter is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the business, based in Rio de Janeiro.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units, partnering closely with leaders and HR team to drive performance and strengthen organizational culture.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting people-related decisions and organizational strategies
Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning
Develop and implement employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
Support leaders in performance management, career development, and employee relations
Ensure alignment between local HR practices and global standards in collaboration with COEs
Analyze organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and productivity
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
Promote HR best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Experience with Workday system
Strong background in talent development, talent acquisition, and performance management
Experience leading engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Strong ability to partner with business leaders and align HR strategies with business goals
Financial acumen, including the ability to interpret and leverage business indicators
Bachelor’s degree required
Postgraduate degree in People Management and/or Human Resources (preferred)
